Today in the night in Vitsebsk the police detained two students, Andrei Danileuski and Aliaksandr Dzeravianka, and took them to Vitsebsk Kastrychnitski borough police department. During examination of the detainees’ belongings they found St. Valentine’s Day stickers and paint-balloons. On the request of the detainees a human rights activist Pavel Levinau came to the police department. According to him, the students refused to give any explanations to the police. As the paint balloons were full the police only confiscated the stickers and released the detainees without composing any detention reports.
