The location of Aliaksandr Ramanovich, the chair of Pinsk city office of Belarusian People’s Front Party, remains unknown. His friend Iury Bakhtserau said to RFE/RL that yesterday in the evening the police stopped Ramanovich on the corner of Chyhunachnaia and Urytski streets.
‘He was returning from a disabled, whom he helped to build a hotbed in his kitchen garden. At 9.30 they were approaching a bus stop, but the way was overlapped by a police car. The policemen ordered Ramanovich to get into the car and then drove away.
In his yesterday’s interview to RFE/RL Aliaksandr Ramanovich said that the local police inspector tried to pass to him a summons to come to a police department ‘for a talk’, but he refused to take it.
