Chief of Minsk police General Anatol Kuliashou claims the police did not detain any participants of the rally on March 25. Meanwhile, General Kuliashou stressed that the participants of the yesterday’s event “seriously violated the decision of Minsk municipality about the route of the demonstration and should bear responsibility for that”, reports RFE/RL.
He pointed out, the police instigated criminal proceedings on preparation of disorders during the action on March 25. “I don’t exclude the possibility that both Viacorka and Milinkevich may face criminal charges”, -- the chief of Minsk police said. According to him, several individuals have already been detained within the framework of this criminal case.
