Zhlobin: Kiryl Atamanchyk Not Let Abroad

Since 13 April Kiryl Atamanchyk has tried to get the permissive seal for going abroad put into his passport. However, his efforts still have no results, as the process is impeded by KGB agents.

Mr. Atamanchyk commented to the press service of Young Front: ‘I try to receive a permissive seal for three weeks already. I have submitted all the necessary documents and even paid extra fee for express procedure. According to the law they were to have done it within 10 days. 20 days have passed already! I am indignant that they protract it for sol long. There is one interesting circumstance: when I came to the visa department with my mother, we were told that my passport was missing. Now I am told that it is at the regional KGB office…’

Now Kiryl Atamanchyk prepares complaints against KGB and the visa department to the prosecutor’s office. He will demand from the authorities to return the express fee as the seal was not put in time.
