The slogan ‘Freedom to Shchukin!’ was written overnight on the building of the police department of Vitsebsk. The youth activist Zmitser Lisionak was detained for making the graffiti. The Charter’97 press-center has been informed about that by a former political prisoner, an oppositional leader Pavel Seviarynets. As said by him, a criminal action for ‘hooliganism’ had had been brought up against Lisionak.
