The prosecutor of Pinsk, justice advisor Sviatlana Masla has sent a statement to Pinsk city police department on bringing to material responsibility the police ensign Aliaksandr Barycheuski.
It is stated in the document that ‘the actions of this policeman contradict to the main principles of presidential Decree #2 ‘On Actions for further de-bureaucratization of the government machine’, RFE/RL informs.
During his duty in the building of Pinsk police department policeman Barycheuski using four-letter words insulted a former deputy of Pinsk city executive committee, member of the Belarusian People’s Front party Yury Bakhtserau.
