Entrepreneurs Strike in Barysau
Entrepreneurs working at Nova-Barysauski market have come to the central place of Barysau. They announced the beginning of the warning strike and put forward the initiative group for negotiations with Mayor of the city Vasily Dzialiuk.
Chairman of the organization committee on creation of the republic public union “For free development of entrepreneurship” Viktar Harbachou informed about this press-center of the United Civil Party. The reason of this warning strike is rise in rental fees at Nova-Barysauski market.
According to Harbachou, owners of the market changed a year ago. Right after that it was announced about the rise in rental fees. Earlier entrepreneurs paid 5 Euro for a square meter, now rental fees have risen to 10-15 Euro. Approximately 200 people work at this market. For all this month they have written letters to regional department of the State Control Committee, to prosecutor’s office Barysau district, to Minsk regional executive committee, but received just come-offs. According to Harbachou, entrepreneurs’ patience is exhausted.
