On the way there the road police groundlessly detained the car by which he was driven to Hrodna. They explained the reasons for the detention with some ‘order’.
Vintsuk Viachorka managed to leave the car and get to the assembly. Soon the car was released as well. A representative of the justice department was present at the assembly. The place where the assembly was held was watched a police patrol and the drive-ins were controlled by the road police.
