Today entrepreneurs Ales Talstyka and Ruslan Lutsenka are to stand trial in the court of Zavodski district of Minsk.
They were detained yesterday during handing out leaflets with the appeal to come to Kastrychnitskaya Square of Minsk on December 10 for a protest rally against Alyaksandr Lukashenka’s Decree No. 760. A report under Article 23.34 has been drawn up against them (an appeal to participate, or participation in unsanctioned mass rallies), Radio Svaboda informs.
Ales Talstyka, one of the applicants for the rally, and Ruslan Lutsenka have spent the night in Minsk remand prison in Akrestsin Street.
