Homel: Police again Detain Entrepreneur Kaminskaya
The entrepreneur Iryna Kaminskaya was detained in Homel. On the way to the court the woman felt bad.
Earlier Iryna Kaminskaya was detained in the village Urytskaya on 30 November. 280 copies of leaflets about the action of entrepreneurs on the International Human Rights Day on Kastrychnitskaya Square in Minsk were confiscated from her. An act of confiscation was drawn up.
Later, before the action of protest of entrepreneurs in Minsk, Homel police watched her house, and on 11 December Irana Kaminskaya was detained in the street and guarded to Homel district police department. She was questioned there and a report on ‘unlawful spreading of printed materials’ (up to 10 days of arrest) was drawn up against her.
‘I said to the policemen: ‘You know, that you are accusing me of actions, I haven’t committed.’ It was a sorry sight. They became red, shrugged their shoulders and said: ‘We can’t do anything: there was an order,’’ Iryna told to the press service of the United Civil Party.
After the report was drawn up, I.Kaminskaya was guarded to the court, but she felt bad on the way. The trial was postponed till Monday, 17 December. Homel entrepreneurs intend to hold an action in her support near the court.
