Andrei Kim legally persecuted

Andrei Kim will be persecuted under Article 364 of the Criminal Code (violence against policeman). He may face up to 6 years of prison. According to his mother, the investigation body possesses a video evidence showing Kim beating a policeman during a clash in the center of Minsk on January 21. He has already been sentenced to 10 days of imprisonment and 1,000,000 fine.
