In Minsk police detained well-known artist Ales Marachkin. Marachkin, head of arts group “Pahonia”, was detained in his studio.
Today afternoon he officially announced the beginning of the Belarusian dictation in the Palace of Arts, organized by the Association of the Belarusians of the World “Batskaushchyna”.
