Paleskaya election district: Authorities set the keynote, who to vote for

Administrative resource in support of the pro-governmental candidate is fully used in Paleskaya election district. According to headquarters of the UDF representative Mikalai Haurylenka, the authorities (the executive committees’ representatives) hold meetings with work collectives, during which they promote Siarhei Kanoplich, chairman of Yelsk executive committee. For instance, chairman of Lelchytsy rayon Council Anatol Khaliava organized meetings for nomination of representatives of work collectives to precinct election commissions (Milashevichy forestry, Prybalavichy forestry, Barauskoye forestry, “Alyans” agro-industrial complex, engineer-constructor company PMK-103, Lelchytsy rayon hospital, etc.) and urged them to vote for Siarhei Kanoplich. 
The same was revealed during signature collection in Naroulia rayon. During meetings of work collectives representatives of the executive committee explained who the workers should, and who – should not vote for. The officials urged to vote for Siarhei Kanoplich. 
As we see, the bodies of state power and top managers of state enterprises carry out early campaigning for the pro-governmental candidate. 
At the same time, heads of state enterprises – Lelchytsy bread-baking plant, the city gas company, Kozena secondary school – press on members of the initiative group which collects signatures for the UDF representative Mikalai Haurylenka. His team members were explained by their bosses that their volunteering was inadmissible and threatened that they would lose their jobs.
