Vitebsk: Candidate Andrei Levinau attacked

On September 22nd , 7.30 p.m. Andrei Levinau, candidate in Vitebsk-Chyhunachnaya district # 19, was attacked in the entrance hall of his own apartment building.

Andrei went out of his doors and went to the refuse chute. A stranger who stood near the elevator hit him from the back and pressed Andrei with his face to the wall, using a body-check. Having said a couple of "nice" words, the stranger ran down the stairs.

As a result of the attack Levinau has an injury in the right temporal area of the head.
