Homel: commissions forge turnout

The numbers of certain polling station commissions considerably exceed the numbers of long-term observers.

On 27 September in Zhlobin precinct commission #14 reported about 715 voters, whereas the observer counted only 164. Where from the commission took such a number remains obscure.

Precinct commission #11 of Homel-Navabelitskaya electoral constituency reported 454 voters, whereas the observer’s number is 192.

The official number of early votes at polling station #17 of electoral constituency #34 is 504, whereas the observers registered only 194.

The head of precinct commission #10 of Homel-Tsentralnaya electoral constituency says 764 electors voted early, whereas the observer registered only 288 voters.

At polling station #27 in Homel-Savetskaya electoral constituency #34 the official numbers and the numbers of the observer did not differ till 26 September. By the evening of 26 September 106 electors voted. However, in the morning of 27 September this number rapidly increased to 200.
