Two activists of the Young Front were detained while fixing a national white-red-white flag to a flagpole in the main square of Kobryn near the district executive committee.
When the young people raised the flag, a police car drove up to them. The police detained the activists and made them remove the national flag.
According to Young Front activist Stanislau Kuchynski, they spent about 40 minutes at the police department. The police officers did not violate the law. They drew up a report of searching and the guys wrote explanations of their actions.
Stanislau was released, and children’s officer took the boy who helped Stanislau to his parents, the website of the Young Front reports.
