The activist of Brest branch of the Young Front Yauhen Skrabets has been released from hospital in the evening on 5 June. Bear in mind that several days ago the police and officers of the military enlistment office detained him near the entrance of his house and forcedly took to Brest oblast hospital for medical examination.

The activist had to spend there two days. His ward was guarded by the police and people in mufti who did not let Yauhen’s friends to come to him.

‘After publications in the media and information that my friends and Brest human rights defender Raman Kisliak were not let to me, the medics held an urgent examination. People in mufti talked with them, that’s why they refused to tell the results.

Then the policemen took me to the military enlistment office where I was served a writ for 9 June and let go,’ says Yauhen Skrabets.

Bear in mind that during the winter drafting Yauhen Skrabets received six-month determent from the army service because of vertebral lumbal iscialgia.

The activist has already filed a complaint against the lawless action of the policemen and the officers of the military enlistment office to the office of the prosecutor general.
