On 4 August, Young Front activist from Homel Andrei Tsianiuta received a notice by mail on temporary restriction to leave Belarus.

The notice signed by the city military commissar Viachaslau Tsatsaryn says that departure was restricted on the ground of decision #1033 of 27 July ‘because of a failure to appear before the drafting board’, RFE/RL reports.

Bear in mind that 22-year-old Andrei Tsianiuta was summoned to the military enlistment office on 24 July. The youth activist didn’t come to the enlistment office, but sent a notice proving he was a third year distant student of Bryansk Agricultural Academy that gives him the right for determent.

Andrei Tsianiuta is going to appeal against the decision on restriction to leave Belarus in the regional enlistment office.
