Police officers drew up a protocol for bad keeping of the house and surrounding territory against Vadzim Barouski, Young Front activist from Lida.
The reason is that on 27 July, marking an anniversary of the day when the Declaration of Independence of Belarus was adopted, youth activists made political graffiti on the house fundament and demanded the release of political prisoner Artsiom Dubski.
