New suspect in Autukhovich’s case
The resident of Hrodna Mikhail Kazlou became the fourth suspect in the criminal case of Mikalai Autukhovich. The human rights activist Aleh Vouchak learned it from the document according to which the investigation is extended to 8 November.
At present there is no information about who Mikhail Kazlou is and what relation he has to the case. There are four suspects: Mikalai Autukhovich, Uladzimir Asipenka, Alexander Laryn and Mikhail Kazlou. All of them are accused of the arson of a policeman’s house in Vaukavysk. Autukhovich pleads innocent, as well as his friends. Since 16 April till 16 July he was on a hunger-strike of protest. Several days after he stopped the hunger-strike the MIA announced that he was also a figurant of another criminal case, concerning the attempt on the life of the head of Hrodna oblast executive committee Uladzimir Sauchanka and the vice-minister of the dues and taxes ministry Viktar Kamianko.
