Salihorsk: one-man race can take place in many constituencies

The Salihorsk district election commission has received 36 applications for registration of initiative groups of pretenders to candidates. Four of them were filed by independent pretenders – Valer Shcherbich, Aliaksei Valabuyeu and the Yaumenenka brothers, Aliaksandr and Viktar.  

The majority of the democratic organizations of the town intend to take part in the work of election commissions and participate in the monitoring of the elections.

Thus, one can expect one-man race in a considerable part of the 40 election constituencies in Salihorsk.
