Vitsebsk oblast: lists of election precincts are absent at 14 out of 25 existing websites of executive committees

More than a half of the official websites of the executive committees of the Vitsebsk oblast still don't have information about the precincts for the elections to the local Soviets of Deputies with specification of their boundaries, the location of the precinct commissions and the premises for voting. It seems that the official websites of the state agencies don't want to disseminate such information.

The websites of the Vitsebsk city, the Polatsk town and the Orsha town executive committees are among those where such information is absent. Of course, the decisions of the executive committees on determination of the places and boundaries of the precincts were published in the state press, but a considerable number of electors use Internet for getting information about the activities of the state agencies.
