Dzmitry Bandarchuk, Hrodna activist of the United Civil Party, is charged with illegal distribution of the ‘Novy Chas’ independent newspaper.
The activist was detained on 14 May, while carrying 200 copies of the newspaper, despite official distributor’s license.
Now, the police claim that the newspaper failed to possess all the required output data.
