The website vialejka.org has stopped working after a criminal case on libel and insulting was instigated against its administrators.

This information was posted on the main page of the Belarusian site. ‘The second criminal case is under investigation now. The Ministry of Internal Affairs is looking for administrators of the website.’

Mikalai Susla, a visitor of the website, was summoned by the police as a witness, the newspaper Nasha Niva reports. He was seized his personal computer as it was supposed he was an administrator of the website. Mikalai said a criminal case on libel against the headmistress of secondary school #1 of Vileika was instigated. One of the website’s visitors left a comment to a picture that was regarded as insulting the woman.

According to Susla, the investigators are also collecting materials for another criminal case.
