Brest court returns the materials of Raman Kisliak's case back to the police

The court of the Leninski district of Brest returned the materials of the administrative case of the human rights activist Raman Kisliak back to the police on August 24, informs BelaPAN.
Kisliak was detained in Brest on August 16 after he had started disseminating leaflets containing information about the International Convention for defense from involuntary disappearance. The human rights activist conducted this action in order to turn the attention of the inhabitants of the city to the necessity to sign the convention.
Kisliak was transported to the Leninski district department of internal affairs, where the police searched him, confiscated the leaflets, and issued a charge. They also gave him a summon to come to the court on August 24. However, when Raman Kisliak came to the court, he was informed that the case materials had been returned to the police.
