’Movement Forward’ is deprived of registration
On 6 September the research and educational establishment Movement Forward lodged a lawsuit with the Supreme Economical Court asking to reverse the verdict of the cassation instance of the Minsk City Economical Court of 25 August that had left standing the verdict of the court of 29 July 2010 #608-19/10.
The cassation instance of the Minsk City Economic Court reached the conclusion that the Economical Court had lawfully established the fact of the legal invalidity of the rent agreement of 10 February 2010 #10/02-10 that had been concluded between the organization and Tina Vlati Ltd. According to the Minsk City Economical Court, the rent agreement is legally void as the premises that were provided to the Movement Forward by Tina Vlati according to the conditions of the rent agreement don’t correspond to their purpose.
The administration of the Movement Forward has received a note from the Minsk City Executive Committee stating that the officials had entered a lawsuit for restoring the first court verdict that had found the state registration of the organization invalid. The date of the trial hasn’t been appointed yet.
’At first they deprived the organization of the legal address and now they deprive it of the state registration’, pointed Nina Pakhlopka, vice-director of the Movement Forward.
