Detention of five ‘Young Front’ activists near Russian Embassy

The Young Front members Ihar Aliakseyeu, Eduard Lobau, Ales Stasiuk, Vadzim Petryk and Dzmitry Yasevich were detained near the Embassy of the Russian Federation in Minsk in order to pass an address on the occasion of the Day of the Belarusian Military Glory (that is not recognized by the Belarusian authorities).
In the address the youngsters proposed the Russian government to make a continuation of the Godfather and show there the events that took place in Belarus in 1996 and reveal the role of Russia in cessation of the procedure of impeachment of the president, election forgery and the establishment of dictatorship in Belarus.
The detained activists were guarded to the Tsentralny District Police Department of Minsk.
