The Minister of Foreign Affairs Siarhej Martynau has signed an official letter directed to CIS and OSCE with an invitation to send observers for participation in the presidential elections, informed the Press-Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Andrej Savinykh.
"Alongside with that, Belarus sets no limits with regard to their quantity and term of staying", - stated the Press-Secretary. This shows Belarus' intention to conduct open elections which would meet the highest international standards, said Andrej Savinykh.
Let us remind you that Presidential elections will take place on December 19.
