Representatives of the two key human rights organizations of Belarus – Human Rights Center “Viasna” and the Belarusian Helsinki Committee – presented the presidential election observation campaign during their three-day visit to Brussels.
According to Ales Bialiatski, the campaign coordinators met with Riina Kionka, Personal Representative for Human Rights (CFSP) of the SG/HR, and a number of representatives of the European Commission. The activists also took part in a press-conference for European mass media.
