According to Vitsebsk Pershamaiski department of internal affairs, the city police have been unable to find the offender who beat up activist Andrei Liadouski during canvassing for signatures in one of Vitsebsk blocks of flats back on 17 October.
The police claim that the landlord did not know the person who reportedly beat up the activist. However, Andrei Liadouski says he is going to appeal the alleged inaction by the police at the city’s prosecutor’s office.
