Orsha: mystery of two doors
On 11 December observer
Siarhei Trafimau watched a sitting of the Orsha Town Election Commission and
noticed an interesting thing.
After the end of the sitting, the small hall of the Orsha Town Executive Committee
where the ballots for the presidential election are kept was locked and
sealed. However, there are two doors leading to the hall. One of them (from the
corridor) was locked and sealed. The other one – (from the office of the
chairperson) remained opened (the observer checked it by pushing the door).
Thus, we have a rather strange situation: one can enter the room where ballot
boxes are kept through two doors. Why then must one of them be locked and
sealed, if the other one remains open? The Orsha observers still don’t have an
answer to this question.
