Pinsk: anomalous number of early votes

Electoral precinct #30 in Pinsk shows an unusually high turnout in comparison to other precincts. The precinct is situated in Pinsk Medical College. 1,055 electors are registered there. 211 of them (or 20% of the total number) cast their votes on 14 December.

Such percent of early votes is quite surprising – it’s hard to believe that students of the college have such a great wish to vote early. Moreover, the greatest turnout at four other precincts is 1.5% of the total number of electors.
