Yarmoshyna advises to forgive election commissions' members future violations
CEC chairperson Lidziya Yarmoshyna reckons it is impossible to hold a flawless election.
Lidziya Yarmoshyna: “There is no limits to perfectness and human stupidity. Therefore, I think there will be violations. No country in the world can hold election without flaws. Nearly 100,000 citizens are involved in the election procedure. They work for free and can make mistakes”.
As for the nature of violations, Yarmoshyna names the refusal to accredit an observer, missing voters on the general lists as frequent flaws. Other violations may also include situations when a voter's name is on the list of diseased or when mobile electoral commissions arrive to a voter how did not ask for it or when electoral commissions accommodate observers in remote seats where they can't see or hear anything.
The same will be happening this year, reckons CEC chairperson. But, from the experience of previous campaigns, these flaws will not affect the final result.
