Reports have been received claiming that a number of observers representing the “Human Rights Defenders for Free Elections” election observation campaign have been driven from polling stations across the country, including Antanina Pivanos (Vitsebsk) and Natallia Samakhvalava (Mahiliou). The observers were charged with “exciting conflicts and interfering with the activities of election commissions.”
The campaign’s Dobrush observer Nasta Hulakova has been reportedly deprived of observer’s accreditation, after Ms. Hulakova registered issuance of ballots to voters without passports.
