Young Front
On 6 January the official charges upon Article 339,
part 3 of the Criminal Code (hooliganism) were presented to the Chairperson of
the Young Front Dzmitry Dashkevich and the head of the Minsk branch of
the organization Eduard Lobau.
Two months in custody was chosen as the restraint for them. The Young Front activists
were detained on 18 December, on the eve of the Election Day. According to the
investigation, they groundlessly beat two citizens with fists and iron bars.
