The activists of the Belarusian Christian
Democracy Yury Kazak and Uladzimir Kachahur received summons. KGB officers also
wanted to hand writs to Daryia Bakhar (but she wasn’t at work at the time of
their visit), and to Siarhei Vauchok (he wasn’t at home).
According to Uladzimir Kachahur, he needs to come to the KGB tomorrow as a
witness in the ‘mass riot’ case, and Yury Kazak has to come there on Monday.
All these activists have been repeatedly summonsed to the Navahradak KGB
Department as witnesses on the case, but refused to testify in the absence of a
representative of their interests, referring to their constitutional right to have
such a representative.
