Judge Inna Kokhava of Orsha District Court found Russian journalist and human rights defender Alexander Loshmankin of disorderly conduct and sentenced him to 3 days of administrative arrest.
Alexander Loshmankin was detained on a Russian train crossing the Belarusian border at about 1 a.m. today and charged with disorderly conduct during his arrest. However, it later became known that he had been arrested on suspicion of trafficking amphetamine. During the arrest he was reportedly using foul language and swinging his arms.
