Minsk Savetski District Court considered the cases of Viktar Ivashkevich, Mikola Dzemidzenka and Iryna Hubskaya, detained during the 25 March Freedom Day rally. Viktar Ivashkevich and Iryna Hubskaya faced charges for alleged disorderly conduct (Art. 17.1 of the Civil Code).
Viktar Ivashkevich was sentenced to 10 days of administrative arrest.
Mrs. Iryna Hubskaya was sentenced to 3 days of arrest, having been on a hunger strike since her arrest.
Young Front activist Mikola Dzemidzenka was convicted of repeated organization of an unauthorized rally (Par. 3 Art. 23.34 of the Civil Code) and sentenced to 15 days of administrative arrest.
