Human rights defender Pavel Levinau has been detained on suspicion of complicity in the 11 April metro terrorist act, says Belarusian Helsinki Committee leader Aleh Hulak.
Apart from that, Pavel Levinau reportedly faces charges under Art. 17.1 of the Civil Code (disorderly conduct).
Mr. Levinau was detained together with civil activist Mrs. Volha Karach, journalist Vadzim Barshcheuski and Pavel Staneuski.
