On 20 April, Smarhon police detained Uladzimir Shulzhytski, activist of the Young Front opposition youth movement, Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty reports.
The activist was summoned for interrogation on the 11 April Minsk metro blast and is currently in custody in local police station.
According to Uladzimir’s mother, their flat was searched on the night following the arrest.
