The court of Tsentralny district of Minsk has sentenced a “European Belarus” activist Alyaksandr Kudlaeu to a fine of 50 basic units.
He was punished for a violation under Article 23.34 Part 3 of the Administrative Code of Belarus (violation of holding mass rallies). The trial was conducted by judge Ina Shajko.
Yesterday evening the activist was detained in Nyamiha Street. Alyaksandr tried to fasten a streamer “Freedom to political prisoners!” on the bridge.
