On 29 March 2011 the leader of the Free Trade Union of
Belarus Mikhail Kavalkou filed complaints with the police and the procuracy.
Bear in mind on 25 March morning and kept at the police department for
far-fetched reasons. Though the legal terms for answering are already over, he
received only a runaround from the police, where it is written that he hadn't
been detained (!). By the way, while being kept at the police department, he
phoned to the police hot-line and told about his unlawful detention. The
activist says that the police must have a record of his call.
