The administrative trial of Navapolatsk activist Yauhen Kanstantsinau facing charges for alleged disorderly conduct has been postponed after a witness for the prosecution, who had been allegedly insulted by the activist, appeared in the courtroom in state of intoxication.
As a result, Mr. Kanstantsinau was released until 22 June, when another hearing in the case is due to take place.
The activist was detained on 17 June and had to spend the weekend in the town’s detention center.
