Brest
According to human rights defender Raman Kisliak, the civil activist Aliaksandr Charkashyn awaits trial.

Artur Anisimau was sentenced to 6 days of arrest, Ivan Stasiuk – to 10 days of arrest. All defendants are charged under Article 17.1, “disorderly conduct”.


Homel

The Chyhunachny District Court
Pavel Pryvalau – detained preventively on 2 July. Sentenced to 3 days of arrest.
Yauhen Suvorau – sentenced to 5 days of arrest by Judge Anatol Sotnikau.
Andrei Tsianiuta – detained preventively on 1 July. Sentenced to 5 days of arrest by Judge Anatol Sotnikau.

The Tsentrlany District Court
On 4 July Alena Tsalkova, Judge of the Tsentralny District Court of Homel, tried the people who had taken part in the silent action of protest on 3 July. All those who were tried at the Tsentralny District Court were kept in jail till the trial, except for Iryna Pratsenka.

Human rights defender Anatol Paplauny was sentenced to 15 days of arrest. The testimony against him was given by the police major Yury Vritso and Uladzimir Sukhotski.
Vital Itskou – sentenced to 3 days of arrest.
Valer Khamutouski – to 2 days of arrest. The testimony against him was given by Andrei Vayavoda.
Iryna Pratsenka – was fined 105,000 rubles.
Halina Staraselets was fined 105,000 rubles. The testimony against her was given by Aliaksandr Sizau.
Zmitser Stsepanets – pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 2 days of arrest.
Vasil Takarenka was removed from the court hall because of his refusal to speak in the Russian language which he “didn’t understand”. Later there appeared the information that he was sentenced to 15 days of arrest.
Ruslan Ustsimenka – was detained preventively on 2 July and was kept in jail till the trial. Was sentenced to 15 days of arrest. However, on 7 July he will also stand trial concerning the participation in the silent protest action held on 29 June.
Aliaksandr Vishniakou – sentenced to 15 days of arrest.


Hrodna
Maksim Humianiuk was fined 1,050,000 rubles.
Journalist Ales Dzianisau sentenced to 10 days of arrest. The trial was closed and was held at the temporary isolation ward of the Kastrychnitski district.
Yury Humianiuk was sentenced to 10 days of arrest.

Mahiliou
On 4 July the detained participants of the silent protest action in Mahiliou were tried.

Hanna Iliina was sentenced to 6 days of arrest by Judge Natallia Panasenka: 1 day – for alleged violation of Article 23.34, “participation in unauthorized mass event”, and 5 – under Article 23.4, “insubordination to the police”.
Andrei Shalabodau was tried by Judge Stanislau Shandarovich. He was sentenced to 5 days of arrest under Article 23.34 and to 3 more – under Article 23.4.
Alina Skrabuntsova was tied by Judge Aksana Ratnikava. She was sentenced to 15 days of arrest, 11 under Art. 23.34 and 4 – under Art. 23.4.
Yaraslau Yalavy was fined 1,750,000 rubles by Judge Iryna Lanichava, under Articles 23.34 and 23.4. 

Smaliavichy
The police detained:

1. Viktar Bawman;
2. Uladzimir Chaichyts, together with
3. his 1.5 year-old grandson Yan Chaichyts;
4. Yahor Drahun;
5. Yauhen Kutuzau;
6. Yauhen Sableu;
7. Pavel Trukhanovich.

All but the Chaichyts’ were charged with drinking alcohol in public (Article 17.1 of the Code of Administrative Offences, “disorderly conduct”) and were taken to the forensic expertise that didn’t confirm the charges. Nevertheless, all of them were tried by Judge Pavel Yarakhavets, who sentenced them to pay fines of 700,000 rubles each.

Vitsebsk
On 4 July some participants of the yesterday’s action were tried at the Pershamaiski District Court by Judge Kismiaroshkina. She fined each of them 70,000 rubles. Their names are:
Maksim Dymau;
Aliaksandr Fadzeyeu;
Vital Hryhor’yeu;
Vasil Kolasau.

The trials of Ales Halavan and Valery Ramanenka were scheduled for 7 July, but the charges to them remain unknown.

A report for “disorderly conduct” (Article 17.1 of the Code of Administrative Violations) was drawn on Taras Surhan. Now he is waiting for a summons to the court.

Zhlobin
Aleh Kastusiou was sentenced to 15 days of imprisonment, Valery Rybchanka – to 15 days of imprisonment.
