Activist Vital Huliak has been detained by Vaukavysk police this afternoon, Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty reports.
According to Mr. Huliak, he was distributing leaflets in downtown Vaukavysk, Hrodna region. As a result, he was detained by plain clothes policemen and taken to the police station, where he was forced to give written explanations and later released without charges.
