Andrzej Poczobut not allowed to leave Belarus

Such limitation has been imposed on the journalist of "Gazeta Wyborcza" by the criminal-executive inspection.

Andrzej Poczobut was sentenced to probation allegedly for a slander against Alyaksandr Lukashenka. There are also other limitations: he cannot change the place of residence without the police's permit, and he is also supposed to register in the inspection three times a month. The journalist has informed this in his Livejournal.

It is worth mentioning that the Criminal Code says nothing about the possibility to prohibit foreign trips. However, Poczobut was informed that if he broke the civil order three times he would be taken back to prison.
