A number of students of Brest Technical University have been reportedly forced to sign a written undertaking not to take part in unauthorized streets events, in particular, so called “silent protests”, Radio Racyja reports.
Students have been phoned by local policemen and invited for a conversation. There is a list of students to be processed by the police, says local student Yauhen.
Brest human rights defender Raman Kisliak believes that such lists have no legal force, but are aimed at intimidating the students.
