Political activist Zhukouski wanted to attend the trial of Valery Sliapukhin. As far as Judge Illia Svirydau postponed the trial to an unknown time, Zhukouski tried to ask the judge and the secretary about it. However, he didn't find them in their rooms. That's why he came to Tatsiana Adrynets, chairwoman of the Chyhunachny District Court of Homel. She answered that the trial would continue at 3 p.m. However, Mr. Zhukouski noticed that the judge intended to continue the trial during the dinner break.

“I got indignant and said: are you the chair of the court or a little girl who knows nothing?” says Kanstantsin. “In response, Adrynets called the duty policemen, who pulled me down the stairs and handcuffed me to a radiator. They did it on the order of major Koshman from the Chyhunachny DPD. I was allegedly detained for insulting the judge. While pulling me down they injured my leg, which had been fractured by the riot police during my previous detention. Sitting on the floor, being handcuffed to the radiator, I phoned to the police and to the medics. When the police inspector arrived, I wrote an appeal against the unlawful actions of the policeman who injured my leg, and the ambulance took me to hospital. But the trial started in the due time, at 3 p.m.,” said the activist.

According to the police inspector, there will be a check-up of the incident. Mr. Zhukouski prepares appeals to the procuracy.
