Halina Smirnova, activist of the United Civil Party’s Babruisk office, has been visited by a policeman, who, despite her illness, officially charged her with involvement in an unauthorized mass event.
The woman was asked what she was doing at People’s Assembly.
Mrs. Smirnova says the charges deal with her earlier detention during the People’s Assembly promotion campaign, when she also faced administrative charges.
