Brest: procuracy warns Zinaida Mikhniuk

Natallia Selekh, Brest prosecutor, issued an official warning to Zinaida Mikhniuk, head of the Brest department of the Trade Union of Radio Electronic Industry, for a rally appointed on 10 December.

The matter is that Mikhniuk mentioned filing applications for the authorization of the rally in her interviews with Radio “Liberty” and Radio “Racyja”, which was considered as “preparation to the rally”.

According to the law, Zinaida Mikhniuk was to have received an answer from the authorities five days before the action, on 5 December. However, she still hasn't received any answer from them.
